Meat Casseroles

What you will need:

1. 1 Alaska Dungeness Crab (2-3 pounds, thawed if bought frozen).
2. 2 cups of fresh or canned pineapple chunks.
3. 1 orange (peeled, sliced, and cut in half).
4. 2 apples or pears (or 1 of each), sliced into pieces.
5. Lettuce.
6. Lime and/or lemon wedges.
7. Honey dressing (1/2 cup mayo, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1.5 teaspoons honey, 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger).

What to do:

Start by extracting the crab meat from the shell. To do this, first take off the back shell and get rid of excess materials, such as viscera and gills. Next, wash your crab cold water. Break the legs and body into small pieces and then steam or microwave. Let cool, then pull the meat out of the shell. After this, mix the meat with your fruit pieces and arrange on a lettuce-lined plate. Pour your honey dressing over anything and add the lime wedges as a garnish.
