Easy Mexican Recipes - Tater Taco Casserole

Tired old children tater? Here is a unique opportunity to use these stale Tater Tots.

2 pounds ground beef

04:01 cup chopped onion

1 (1.25 ounces) package. Taco Seasoning

03:02 cup water

1 (11 oz) corn kernels, drained,

1 (10.75 ounces) can condensed Nacho cheese soup, undiluted

1 (32 oz) package. Tater Tots

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a pasta pan 13x9x2 inches with nonstick cooking spray.

Cook the meat in a skillet, and onion over medium heat until the meat can drip Brown. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Add corn and soup, mix well.

Spread the mixture of beef in the pan. Tater Tots Arrange in single layer on top of the mixture of beef. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are golden and crisp discovered.

Green Chili and Cheese Casserole

Whip this tasty Mexican recipe using only four simpleIngredients.

4 chicken breasts boneless and skinless

1-1/2 cups shredded pepper Jack cheese

1 (4 oz) green chilies, drained

1 tablespoon dry fajita seasoning

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Take a deep cut on the side of each chicken breast half to form a pocket.

04:01 Cup of cheese and controls about 1 tablespoon of chili on each half of chicken. Close andsecure with a toothpick so the cheese does not escape during cooking. Place stuffed chicken in the casserole.

Instructions

Top two slices of bread with two slices of cheese. Sprinkle green chilies on top. Place the remaining bread slices. Butter sandwiches outside.

In a large saucepan, cook sandwiches over medium heat. Bake until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
