euromaxx a la | carte salad with boiled beans, potatoes and salsa verde

Welcome to Primo! Ingredients: 500g veal shoulder 5L of water 50 g of celery 100 g carrots 50 g courgettes 50 g onions 1 bay leaves 1 bunch of parsley 100g of potatoes 100 g beans 50 g parsley 10g vinegar ½ Extra 50 g virgin olive head of garlic salt, pepper, ice cream Preparation: Combine water, celery, onions, carrots, half, bay leaf, parsley and meat in a casserole. Bring to a boil, add salt and cook over low heat for 3 hours. Cut into pieces and diced potatoes and boil in salted water. Asksame with the beans. Cut carrots and zucchini into thin slices ... Make green sauce by mixing ice, parsley, vinegar, garlic and olive oil in blender. Tear pieces of meat by hand, add the potatoes, beans, carrots and zucchini with salt, vinegar and oil. Serve and garnish with green sauce.
