Pican celebrated Father's Day in style with a barbecue on the terrace! 24 oz Ribeye bone had to choose 16 oz New York Strip steaks, giant veal chops and smoked Port T-Bones, grilled tuna # 1 Burger "daddy" with black pepper and maple glazed tenderloin of beef with sauces and condiments .. combined. Smoked tomato butter Steak Jalapeno Peach BBQ Sauce Mushroom Jus, Collard Greens & Green Garlic Pesto Green Tomato Salsa Verde.Add the roasted sweet corn on the cob with butter and Parmesan, Chile, zucchini, cheddar cheese and rice casserole Carolina, a mountain of mashed Yukon Gold potatoes with bacon, green onion and sour cream, grilled asparagus and potatoes Yam and had a farm Picnic Special! Guests enjoyed a pleasant Bourbon, beer, cigars (or three!) Walking on the bridge. Inside a house full of meat hidden in a grid to perfection.
