Chicken Recipes - very delicious!

This recipe was delicious casserole. Just check everything and I'm sure you will be amazed, amazing.

So here we go-pot recipes:

>> Chicken Mac

Boneless chicken breast and skin ~ 3 cooked and diced

~ 8 oz Hörnli - cooked and drained

~ 20 oz frozen chopped broccoli - cooked and drained

~ 8 oz sour cream free

~ 1 can reduce fat cream of chickenBroth

~ 1 can of cream of broccoli, condensed milk, salt and pepper - to taste

~ 2 c low fat shredded cheddar cheese

Cook chicken in boiling water. Remove the chicken and cook the pasta in the cooking of chicken waste. Cook the broccoli.

sour cream and soup, then add the chicken, pasta and broccoli. Pour into a greased 9x13. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until bubbly and hot.

>> Chicken Enchilada

~ 3 tbButter or margarine, melted

~ 2.1 c chopped green pepper

~ 1 1 / 2 c Cubed cooked chicken beans

Ranch Style 2 ~ c 15 oz

C 1 ~ 4 oz chopped green chilies

~ 12 corn tortillas 6-inch pieces

C ~ 1 onion, chopped

~ 1 clove garlic, minced

~ 2 ts Flour

chicken broth ~ 1 1 / 2 c

~ 1 c Monterey Jack cheese

Sauté onion, pepper and garlic in 1 tablespoon butter. Combine onion mixture with chicken, beans and peppers, set aside. With low heat,Mix flour and butter and remaining chicken broth 1 / 2 cup of cheese. Still stirring, cook until the sauce bubbles and thickens. Remove from heat.

Dip each tortilla in hot sauce to soften, fill with 2 tablespoons of chicken mixture. Place rolls in oven Roll 9-in-13-by-2 inches. Mix remaining sauce with the remaining filling, pour over rolls. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heatedpar.
