Easy Cheesy Chicken Casserole Recipe

What You Need



4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked

Salt and pepper to taste

1-1/2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup

1-1/2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup

16 ounce container sour cream

16 ounces cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded

1 cup butter

2 cups corn flakes or buttery round crackers, crushed

How to Make It

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Boil or bake the chicken breasts and then cut the meat into small pieces. Place the chicken in a 9 x 13 glass baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

In a large mixing bowl, mix the soups and the sour cream together then pour over the pieces of chicken. Add the cubes or shredded cheddar cheese and distribute the cup of butter around the casserole evenly. Sprinkle the crushed corn flakes or crackers on top of the casserole and bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
