As pots of meat for everyone - family dinner meals step into the church socials

Baked chicken and broccoli

2 tablespoons flour

2 cups milk
Cup shredded Swiss cheese 02:01
2 cups diced cooked chicken
04:03 cup bread crumbs
Cup grated Parmesan 04:01
1 tablespoon butter

Cook broccoli and drain well. Add the rice and broccoli, put an 8 inch square pan coated with cooking spray has been sprayed. 2 tablespoons butter and blend the mixture into the flour and salt. Add milk to the mixture of butterand cook, stirring until it thickens. Remove mixture from heat and add the Swiss cheese and chicken. Pour chicken mixture over broccoli. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan and 1 teaspoon butter. Sprinkle crumb mixture over chicken mixture. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
